Item Information

Please supply the following information for all new items for this Category that you wish to have reviewed by Plum Market. Note: If you do not have a piece of information for a required field please provide an estimated value – this information serves as a starting point only and is not binding.

Please upload one (1) and two (2) images for each item you would like to showcase. We need clear images of both the front and the back of the product. The Images should be retail ready packaging, White Background, straight on (No angles). The back of the image must include the Ingredient Statement and the Nutritional/Supplemental Facts Panel. These images should be no larger than 2MB and allowed file types are: .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, or .png. Note: Before uploading an image, it must be saved on your system with the correct file extension. Most image editors support a "Save As" feature that will allow you to create the required file. Once uploaded, the image will appear below the button.
